Lautner also treated fans to the world-premiere footage of the second installment New Moon. Twilight and the cast were nominated in several categories are the 2009 Scream Awards.

Twilight was also nominated for "Ultimate Scream," but the award was given to Star Trek. Additionally, Cam Gigandet was also in the running for "Best Villain," but the award went to Alexander Skarsgard of True Blood.

Finally, Michael Sheen's upcoming film Alice In Wonderland won the award for "Most Anticipated Fantasy Film," which his co-star (and, to say the least, leading male in the film) Johnny Depp accepted. Note that Alice In Wonderland beat out The Twilight Saga: New Moon for this award.
